tayaevo is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and older. The Platform does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 21 years of age. This minimum age is enforced through the mandatory KYC verification process required before any withdrawal is processed.
If tayaevo becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, that Account will be immediately suspended, all associated data will be deleted in accordance with RA 10173, and any funds will be dealt with in accordance with tayaevo's Terms & Conditions and applicable law.

The tayaevo Platform does not contain external links to unrelated third-party websites. All navigation within tayaevo.one remains within the tayaevo domain.
tayaevo may send you promotional communications about bonuses, new games, VIP tier benefits, sports betting promotions, and platform updates via SMS to your registered Philippine mobile number and/or email, where you have opted in to receive marketing messages.
Marketing communications are opt-in only. You may indicate your marketing preferences at registration or at any time through your Account settings. Opting in to marketing is entirely voluntary and is not a condition of using the tayaevo Platform.
You may withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time by: updating your communication preferences in Account settings; replying STOP to any SMS marketing message; or contacting tayaevo support via live chat or email. tayaevo reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. When material changes are made to the Policy, tayaevo will notify registered players via SMS, email, or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect — with a minimum notice period of seven (7) days for material changes, except where immediate amendment is required by law.
